Peter Scott was super helpful in helping us find our home. He was very patient with our needs. We were relocating an hour away and didn't really know what to look for or when we would be moving. We were kind of all over the place and probably saw more homes than most! However, he was absolutely kind and supporting. I hope we don't have to move again, but if we do we know who to call.

Although we finally bought the house,but I found the seller agent dishonest, very pushy and not caring about the situation. On his very unprofessional action, he withdrew the counter offer just 3 hours after extending it to us to favor the higher offer, but fortunately they left him with us again. With two toddlers and being in different state, I tried communicating through my agent, but I noticed after the transaction that the previous owner had no clue about my situation and didn't know anything. I am shocked with all the good reviews and makes me feel if they are real! He put us in lots of stress and emailing my loan officer to push to close while I was in inspection process managing everything out of a different state. I waited to finish the transaction and put my honest review. I am sorry if you arenot happy to see this, Peter Scott, but remember how you gave us stress all the time we were in process and keep telling us you have people waiting in line to buy the house. Very unprofessional, pushy and dishonest. Be nice to people if you want people be nice to you!
